Greenwood Library Usability Study

by Hope Alwine on 2022-03-15T10:09:00-04:00 | 0 Comments

Greenwood Library is ready to test its new website!  The long wait is over!

Before the new website can be formally launched, we need to make sure it is a better user experience for everyone.  A usability test is where researchers ask users are asked to perform simple tasks such as locate contact information on a website.  Usability tests help researchers and developers make sure that the user experience is smooth and to identify any last minute bugs.

The Greenwood Library Usability Test will have users complete six tasks over a recorded Zoom meeting with our research team.  The entire activity should take about 20 minutes.  Selected volunteers will be awarded a gift card for their participation and feedback.  Sign up today for your chance to win a gift card!
